本文是作者以基于虚拟仪器的火炮动态参数测试系统的研制开发为切入点，在总结了多年来常规靶场建设系统工程工作经验的基础上，系统地分析了我国常规靶场测试系统的现状及存在的问题，借鉴外军武器试验测试系统的技术和经验，研究了虚拟仪器技术在常规兵器试验测试系统应用中的相关理论及技术问题，探讨了我国常规兵器试验靶场测试系统的技术发展趋势及其建设方向。
